Operation Tracking
The company will incorporate integrated systems like the ERP platform and barcoding, to maintain complete information transparency over its processes.
This gives the company complete control over the tracking of a stone from procurement to final sale The highly reliable output generated by these systems ensures that production information is available to all concerned, leading to faster decisions and quicker turnaround
Centralized Planning
To make sure that the emphasis on quality and timely delivery is incorporated in the entire production process, we will invest in centralized assortment and planning facilities for large stones. Laser machines lead to the automatic, high precision cutting and polishing of stones, performed in a predefined fashion that aims to maximize the value of each stone. This will enable us to provide faster turnaround for the stones and maximize value.
Quality Control
The manufacturing operations will include an in process Quality Control Department, which will implement quality controls at every stage of production The process integration will allow for real time information collection and feedback, which will ensure that the quality quotient is measured at every point and does not fall below benchmark levels This consistent focus on quality gives us the ability to provide clients with the high product quality that it has promised
